Got the Official 2023 Elvis Presley Calendar and it is quite nice. I like the general feel of it. Lovely nostalgia.

I could tell that the May 15 post about the cottage project was popular so here is an update. A few snapshots of how it looks now. Had a lot of fun with this. Once the deck is finished outside it will be a very nice spot. Looking forward to hanging out here on sunny days, reading books, flipping burgers etc. Good times.

Got To Have Some Fun

Still cold winds here but I am really looking forward to this summer. Bought a couple of shelves for the cottage on the property yesterday, and today I had some fun decorating the room. I still have some work to do here, but it is taking shape. Too cold to do anything outside at the moment, but I have prepared for when the day arrives. Also, the holiday is coming up in a few weeks. This will be the first season of me doing some actual gardening as well, so that is going to be fun. Gearing up as we speak.

I think this may be the third year that I go for the Legends Of WWII Calendar. I really do enjoy the art of Michael Turner. I will have three calendars going for 2022, one for work, one for upcoming releases (books, albums) and then this one (that I leave alone and keep as part of the old collection).

I decided to go with this Calendar for 2021 (same as 2020), the Legends Of WWII with paintings by Michael Turner. I like his style and this is right down my alley.

Commando will hit 60 next year, which is pretty respectable. They always excel with their annual calendars and I think the 2021 one looks incredibly good.
Not a bad choice for 2021 then.
